As soon as we have received and processed your order, you will receive a shipping notification from us by email. This includes your tracking number. Just click on the link to see where your shipment is. If necessary, please check the spam folder of the e-mail address you provided - in rare cases, the shipping notification ends up there as well.

If you are not satisfied or if something does not fit, you can withdraw your consent up to 30 days after the purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. As soon as we have received your return and the product is in perfect condition, we will refund your money.
