How long does delivery take?
The shipping time within Germany is approx. 1-3 working days.
The shipping time within Europe is approx. 3-5 working days.
The shipping time to non-EU countries (e.g. UK, CH, RUS) is approx. 5-7 working days.
The shipping time to more distant countries (e.g. Canada, Australia) is usually approx.
10-14 business days.
What if I don't like the diaper bag or it doesn't fit in my handbag?
If you are not satisfied or if something does not fit, you can send an email to hallo@lilibell.de for a return up to 30 days after purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. As soon as we have received your return and the product is in perfect condition, we will refund your money.
